At Superlative.ro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to fill out the digital return form with your order number and email address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
